Welcome to Tangsar Experiences. By making a booking, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to both individual travelers (B2C) and travel agents, tour operators, and business partners (B2B).

Booking Policies
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
- A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Any booking request does not guarantee confirmation until a written confirmation is issued by us.
- Most hotels do not have lifts, hence while booking for senior citizens, please inform us at the time of enquiry
- All quotations made on the base category room basis unless specified
- Cost will change with a change in travel dates
- Quotation valid only for 72 hrs

Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices are based on the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary or quotation.
- Any services not mentioned under "Inclusions" shall be considered excluded.
- Prices are subject to revision in case of changes in government taxes, permit fees, fuel costs, or supplier charges beyond our control.

Payment Policies
- 40% advance payment is required on the day of booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance amount must be cleared 5–7 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 15 days of travel, 100% payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
- Bookings will be processed and confirmation Voucher will be shared, only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Payment Gateway, or any other approved payment method.
- Any increase in government taxes, permit fees, fuel charges, or service charges after the booking date may be charged additionally.
- Failure to complete the balance payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of services.
Permits,Transport and final itinerary details will be issued after full payment has been received.

- Additional charges may apply for amendments, rescheduling, or modifications.
- Certain bookings may be non-amendable and non-refundable.

- Rules may change without prior notice as per security and administrative guidelines.

- Vehicles are provided as per itinerary and package inclusions.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay, alteration, cancellation, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Landslides
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Extreme weather conditions
- Road blockages
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the traveler.

- We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or sightseeing arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided wherever possible.

- We shall not be liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, theft, damage to personal belongings, or expenses arising from acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
- Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

B2B Partner Terms
For travel agents, tour operators, and business partners:
- Rates provided are confidential and intended solely for the contracted partner.
- Rates may not be redistributed without prior written consent.
- Partners are responsible for collecting accurate traveler information.
- Payment timelines agreed between both parties must be strictly followed.
- Any disputes arising from the partner's dealings with their clients shall remain the partner's responsibility.
B2B Partner Terms
For travel agents, tour operators, and business partners:
- Rates provided are confidential and intended solely for the contracted partner.
- Rates may not be redistributed without prior written consent.
- Partners are responsible for collecting accurate traveler information.
- Payment timelines agreed between both parties must be strictly followed.
- Any disputes arising from the partner's dealings with their clients shall remain the partner's responsibility.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Siliguri , West Bengal.
